How to Manage and Delete Your Data on Renoviz AI

At Renoviz AI, we prioritize your privacy and believe you should have complete ownership of your digital footprint. We have designed our platform to give you full control over your account and the content you create.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to permanently delete your account or manage specific data points within the application.

1. How to Delete Your Entire Account

If you wish to remove your presence from Renoviz AI completely, you can do so directly from the mobile application. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove your login credentials and personal profile information.

Follow these steps:

Open the Renoviz AI app.
Locate the Menu icon (represented by three dots) in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
On the Profile screen, locate and tap the Delete Account button.
Confirm your choice when prompted.

2. How to Delete Specific Data (Projects, Designs, & Comments)

We understand that you may not want to delete your entire account, but rather specific content you have created. You retain granular control over every piece of data you generate.

Projects: Navigate to any project you have created. You will find a delete option (usually within the project settings or menu) to remove that specific project and its associated data.
Designs: Inside your projects, any specific visualization or design draft you have generated can be selected and deleted individually.
Comments: If you have left feedback or notes on a design, you have the ability to delete these comments at any time.

Note: Once a project, design, or comment is deleted, it is removed from our active servers and cannot be recovered.
